Billdesk — complaint for online payment amount debited but not accepted by the site.

My login id is 101295 and i have filled a form on j. C. E. C. E. B for diploma. I have made an online payment for this of amount of rs. 661.80 and this amount has been debited from my account but it is not showing in the site. The amount has been transferd to account number[protected]. Please kindly give the amount back so that i could complete my transaction for that i will be very much thankful to you.
