Billdesk — credit card

I had submitted hdfc credit card payment through in billdesk 2/11/2017 email has been received but any confirmation mail not received in hdfc. My transaction identification number: jsbi[protected]. How can i retrieve my cash to ccount. Or when ypu will be pay to hdfc. You are mentioned 24 hours coustomer care. Kindly do mu needful as soon as possible
