Billdesk — Credit card payment successful but not credit in my credit card

I have paid my credit card bill on[protected] through billdesk online with paytm rs 1799, amount was debited in my bank account... The transaction was succesfull but amount was not credited in my credit card plz resolve it below i submitted supported documents
