I made premium through Bill desk gate way for policy no[protected] in the name of Augustine C A on 31-01-15 Rs.937.40 Transaction ID 12619676 but message received said transaction failed and hence again made payment Customer ID 12620598 . Only one receipt received. Kindly help me what to do .

What action taken regarding my above complaint. One man using this complaint his mob no[protected] cheated me by way help
taken Internet password shopped for Rs.8000/- from my account . You people can know the person who do that crime. I am goint to file a case for that.
