Billdesk — Deducted from my account balance but not reflecting in apmit exam fee

Dear sir/madam, i have paid a fees from bill disk through Syndicate debit card but its not showing in the aipmt web site but my balance has been deducted in my account so i want you to refund the same as soon as possible or pay the fees to consent authority as the date of expiry is on 1-1-2015 so kindly do the need full.
