Billdesk — deducted from sbi bank account but not credited in merchants account

I have initiated a merchant payment of 22000/ through billdesk and during process after deducting amount from my sbi account no [protected] vide reference no igaiuxyef2 to transfer inb edupro360 bill_rtcoi payment and after showing payment successful window, then error timed out window opened and amount not credited in merchants account.
