Sir/Madam,
I have paid two times for single form of NICL Assistant exam 2015 on 31st January 2015 with SBI Internet banking in which one transaction was failed and another was successful. And when I checked out I was charged two times for a single form and both the transactions were successful. I have paid 509.85 twice for each transaction. The failed transaction money is not refunded to my bank account. The failed transaction reference No is "BSBI[protected]IG00NUOYV0". Please help.
