Billdesk — electricity payment

Dear sir,
Please find attached icici bank transaction details where the amount is transferred to tsspdcl through bill desk on 11/03/2018 but still the amount is not credited to tsspdcl still it is showing due.
Please do needful.

Since you have not replied on trail mail i have again paid electricity bill today hence we request you to return the previous payment made which is not credited.
