Billdesk — Exam fee deducted but not submitted

I am applying for the recruitment released by Airport Authority of India on their website but to due some issue transection failed and the amount of 1000 is deducted my Kotek Mahindra bank account.
So i am requesting to you please kindly look into this matter and provide my deducted amount.
I am attaching the screen short of that transaction
