Billdesk — Exam fee deducted but pending in portal

Address:Assam

I have applied for Grade 3 recruitment conducted by Assam where I have paid the payment of 1050 in 15th May 2020, 9AM but the payment is not credited within 48 hours. My login ID is [protected] and my transaction reference from ICICI bank is RRN[protected]. Please look into the matter immediately as I cannot afford to repay
Also I have contacted helpdesk number and they are not available.
