Made two tranasctions for the IBPO bank PO examation through billdesk platform. Both the transactions failed but money, of sum 850/- each time, were deducted from my bank account. For the transactions I opted the option o[censored]PI payment.
Unfortunately I did not take a screenshot of 1st transaction but I have a screenshot of 2nd transaction.
In total 1700/- ruppees were debited but the status of payment still shown as FAILED.
Transactions happened at night of 9th August 2023
There is no clear grievance redressal mechanism at IBPO website, nor any information directing to Billdesk customer care
