I have made a payment on 10/09/2022
wbsedcl.billdesk.hdfcbank through Google Pay ( [protected]@okaxis ) Rs 739. I will refund this amount (750) in this UPI. Wbsedcl consumer no[protected]..plz help and support us ..

I have made a payment of Rs. 2500 through BHIM SBI PAY ( [protected]@okaxis ) agsinst recharge of pre paid electricity meter of APDCL. Transanction was successful and amount was debited of bank account. But did nit receive the voucher code

I have recharged my APDCL ASSAMprepaid electricity meter for Rs.2500 on 01/01/2022 through upi pay BHIM SBI. The amount is debited from my bank account but did not receive my voucher till now. Plz refund my amount
