Billdesk — Fees not credited in Kendriya vidyalaya account

I had paid my daughter fee for kendriy vidyalay through Gpay app from billdesk Rs 1500 dated[protected] id [protected] but KVS account history not show to paid and declared my daughter defaulter.please refund my payment.
