Below complain I lodged to the billdesk as well as aircel about 15 days back till date I haven't received any information or ticket number from Billdesk. most of the Indian agencies are using this payment gateway but unfortunately they do not have any customer complain settlement system. I made a payment to Aircel Mobile bill using your payment gateway on 06/03/2017 using upi link I paid from [protected]@icici and my account says that it is paid to [protected]@icici. but Aircel refuse that they have received the payment and bank says that payment was success full. The details are as follows: payment Against : [protected] Payment Date : 06/03/2017 Payment from :[protected]@icici Payment to : [protected]@icici. Money got deducted successfully from paytm wallet but didnt got enrolled on Jio Prime membership, suddenly error occured
I can i get my money refund back into my wallet .So poor the service is of billdesk.
