Billdesk HDFC Bank — Hdfc credit card payment not yet credited to account

Hi team,

I paid my hdfc credit card (7721) bill [rs 12300] on 6th april 2016 through bill desk.My credit card due date was 7th april 2016.
On april 10th 2016, i received late payment charges of rs 1000.

I shared the transaction details with hdfc team & they are least bothered & telling you haven't made the payment.

I called up bill desk & they told transaction was successful.

I request you to help to get my amount back.
I have lost my faith in hdfc as well as bill-desk for all what has happened.
At-last customer is the sufferer.

As soon as i posted comment.I got calls from following numbers- [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].Beware of all these fraudsters.They will call you to know more details.I Have filed FIR against these Numbers.Police will catch these chutiya people.One belong to Mohit Finance.

Be Careful.Guys.Dont share your anything.
