Billdesk — I am complaining about the payment receipt

I made a transaction of 1200 rupees on 10/3/2024 to jharkhand university of technology for my examination form fill up. I didn't get the payment reciept of the transaction which is very much important because it is compulsory to submit the payment reciept to the college for the confirmation. please provide me the payment reciept at my gmail:[protected]@gmail.com
