I have a payment of Rs.10000 to RBL credit card by BILL DESK.The amount was debited from my axis bank account, but it was not paid to the credit card.

The axis bank process is successful, so my amount is with the bill desk alone.
The details of the transaction is given below.Please check the status and kindly revert the money to my account.
