Billdesk — Inordinate delay in refund of cost in failed air booking in Air India

While booking in Air India from Chennai to Delhi and return in AI 539 and AI 429 on 15th and 18th Feb 2017, two attempts failed but amount debited from my Indian bank account no[protected] in POS ID UTIS2124 dated 31.01.2017 for Rs.7, 546/- and Rs.12, 125/-, which was made through BillDesk Gateway. But no ticket was generated as Air India on verification over phone I was intimated that no booking has been made and was advised to book the ticket which was complied by me and was successful in the third attempt. But the amount in failed attempts has not been reversed till 10.02.2017.
