[Resolved] Billdesk — Jet airways flight booking reg

Dear I have booked my jet airways flight ticket from chennai to tiruchirapalli this morning. amount Rs.4972 has been deducted from my federal bank account but ticket not booked. Kindly let me know my booking status or refund status if ticket booking failed. I got only this information through my bank account statement as Nature of Booking : FN/INDIAIDEAS.COM COLL PARKING AC/459376. Kindly help me regarding this.

I had booked 4 tickets through the jet airways site on 11 th Aug and it did not confirm my ticket but the amount go debited from my ICICI account.

i was told by customer care that within 48 hrs the refund would happen.Not happened till date

please find details 11 aug- BIL /[protected]/BILL DESK/JET AIRWAYS..amount was 16000/--

Request immediate action.

I had booked 3 tickets through the jet airways site on 19 th May and it did not confirm my ticket but the amount go debited from my Kotak account.

i was told by customer care that within 48 hrs the refund would happen.Not happened till date

please find details 19 May- [protected]..amount was 9819/--
