I am abhishek mishra and my issue is transaction was failed while booking reliance jio phone but payment was debited from bank account through netbanking, and transaction id was given on screen,
Transaction id: fv000001lolz, saraswat bank reference id - [protected]
But message was not came to mobile from reliance jio
So kindly look over the issue.
