Billdesk — jio phone pre-booking - money has been deducted but no confirmation/transaction id. please resolve

Sir/madam

I am c. V. N. Prasad. My issue is while pre booking jio phone on[protected], i had paid 500/- and my amount has been debited from bank account. After that i had not got any payment confirmation page or transaction failed page and i had not received confirmation that booking has been confirmed. Number for which i booked is [protected]. Pls resolve my issue.
