Jio recharge payment not received
I paid rs.1197 for my 3 jio numbers through jio app to ([protected]@icici) using [protected]@icici on 16th aug 2017. The reference id is upi/[protected]/[protected]@icici. But the amount is not credited my jio recharge

I immediately called jio customer care. They mentioned that they have not received any money. Where is the money then?
Is jio cheating or billdesk?

I hereby register a complaint to get the refund. Please do the needful.
