Billdesk — lic policy payment deducted from account but error message displayed on bill desk portal

I did online transaction for paying lic policies through bill desk portal, policy premium amount was deducted from my savings account but bill desk portal displayed error message asking me to try for payment again. Checked my lic policy account no amount has been credited. The incident happened on 04.04.2018.

Request immediate redressal of my complaint.
