25/03/2017 ihad recharge mobile bsnl topup100 in two time in [protected].in all time amount is debited and request processing and error occur and mobile topup not recharge.l had recharge bsnl portal debit card and bill disk gateway.bill disk gateway debited my amount .in all time request processing and after some time error occur.please refund my amount in two time recharge

About an hour before i just recharged from my paytm account for the jio prime. The recharge is not done but the amount have been reduced from my account.
Cancel it ASAP. I don't want this anymore.
