Billdesk — Money debited but not bill payment

Sir, i pay my payment of the electricity bill of wbsedcl for the month of JAN 20222 against consumer id[protected] through BILLDESK to upi google pay transfer. Money got debited from my account but bill payment receipt is not generated. It is still showing the unpaid bill. Please solve the issue asap.
