I tried paying for my friend's NPTEL course, my money got debited from the bank but the payment status was failed.
The money hasn't been refunded till now.

My money got debited while the payment status showed failed. However, my friend immediately paid again after which the payment status showed successful but the amount got debited twice and it was only successful after the second time.
Bill desk has not refunded the debited amount yet.
Please do so at the earliest, some people need that amount of money for other needs too.
