Dear Sir/Madam,
I have tried to make IDBI Bank netbanking payment (PhonePe UPI option) using Billdesk to BPCL gas refill booking.
Amount Rs. 903 has been debited on[protected]; 11:10:14.
Reference -- UPI/[protected]/BilldeskBPCL.
But not received by BPCL. (ebharatgas portal shows 'failure').
Kindly arrange to refund the debit amount.
