[Resolved]  Billdesk — Money deducted from my account but not credited to pvvnl

On 13th june 2022 i had paid my electricity bill of PVVNL using bill desk monet was deducted from my canara bank account but not credited to pvvnl it credited to billdesk. I have write 5 e-mails to them but they aren't responding even on twitter. Iam requesting billdesk please refund my money please please please.

Billdesk really help me to pay my electricity bill i mailed them and message them on twitter explain all the details about the transaction and after the 2 days now my problem has been resolved by the billdesk team
