Billdesk — Money deducted from my account but payment not successful for NPTEL SWAYAM exam registration.

While registering for the NPTEL exam after entering OTP for payment it showed a blank page with a page error. Got an email from the NPTEL stating the confirmation of successful payment of exam registration fees and money was also deducted from the bank. But on the NPTEL course page, my course is being shown in the "unpaid" list and the payment status is "payment_initiated". My UPI reference number:[protected]
Please look into this matter as most urgent as the deadline for the NPTEL payment is near.
