Billdesk — Money deducted no result no invoice need refund asap

On 7th of jan 2021 I had paid my echalan for 2140 rupees through billdesk via Gpay my gpay says paid but the echalan website still has that chalan and billdesk is not providing an invoice I need my invoice or refund as soon as possible
