Billdesk — money transfer

I have transferred rs.2000 from my pytm app to your site thorugh pytm money app and it haven't been used till now. I tried contacting pytm app user but they said that they sent the money successfully and try contacting you.. So, kindly sought this issue by any how.. I need the money. It's urgent. Please. Kindly return it to my pytm app as soon as possible. Or check what's the problem is and try sought out with the paytm app user anyhow.
