Billdesk — Money transfer failure-reg.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have made online payment of Rs.4002.50 towards my online transfer through NEFT SBIN[protected] and the REF.NO.NEFT INB:IR54062874on 05th Jan 2015 the link got disconnected and my account is debited but my Transaction is not cleared please help me in this matter.
