I made a bill payment on 27th oct 2017 at 11.30 pm towards mtnl bill of rs 1025 through visa debit card. As i made payment the bill was not generated or rather i would say the receipt was not generated. Please look into the matter and kindly credit payment to mtnl. I would request to credit the amount as soon as possible yo mtnl so that they don't charge any fine on my landline bill.

Please check the matter as soon as possible. I hope my request will be replied soon

Sir Maine 27.10.17 ko sham 6.52 par upi se jio no [protected] par rs. 459 ka ek recharge kiya tha Jo abhi tak nahi hua hai aur na hi paisa account me refund hua. Transaction id[protected] please recharge or refund my money my mobile [protected]
