Billdesk — my account debited but amount not credited to beneficiary account.

On 12.08.2017 i made payment of rs. 1000/- through bhim app towards online recharge of my tata sky. Rs. 1000/- debited from my account but not credited to tata sky.

No update of my complaint received even after lapse of more than 6 days neither amount is refunded to me nor credited in tata sky account.

Iam a regular user nof Billdesk .For the past two days Iam unable to do any billdesk transaction . I dont know why my BSNL bill payment declined showing PBE10002 Transaction declined .
Bsnl LL bill paid on 19.08.2017 for Rs 1813 through BSNL portal Billdesk payment mode Amount debited in my Account but status show as Pending kindly resolve the problem and credit the amount in my account
