Billdesk — My electricity bill got paid twice, request for refund.

Hi,

My service number is[protected]. I paid bill on May 14th 2023 with transaction number HGA9P06B[protected]. The same bill amount got auto debited from my bank application on May 17th 2023 with transaction number HGA9P1615E[protected]. Which is duplicate of the same bill. So I would like to request to refund the second transaction amount as soon as possible.
