Billdesk — need help in getting my money back/credited to my account (it was deducted but order was not placed)

Hi team,

This is regarding my last transaction towards dominos pizza online, day before yesterday 28th feb 2019, afternoon at 02:46 pm, i tried to place my order while choosing payment method as paytm.
After i gave my paytm otp then order got failed, and the amount of rs 433 got deducted from paytm wallet and did not get any order confirmation email. As expected, when i called dominos found that the order didnot get placed.
Could you please check the transaction named of billdeskfood1 order #ppt[protected] ;paytm wallet txn id : [protected]

Kindly help me get back my money/credited to my paytm wallet.
