On 16-3-17 through netbanking i had remitted rs.402 to jio. The message received from the union bank of india is "epay/to:billdeskpayment/59476463/jio s[protected].00" the amount was debited from my account.
As this was not reflected in my jio account i contacted the customer care and received a reply that they have not received the amount and asked me to contact the bank. On contacting the bank i was informed that :-
