Billdesk — Non crediting of amount processed through netbanking

On 16-3-17 through netbanking i had remitted rs.402 to jio. The message received from the union bank of india is "epay/to:billdeskpayment/59476463/jio s[protected].00" the amount was debited from my account.
As this was not reflected in my jio account i contacted the customer care and received a reply that they have not received the amount and asked me to contact the bank. On contacting the bank i was informed that :-

We have checked the transaction details and find that the payment has been successfully settled to the merchant via transaction reference number iubi[protected] for rs. 402.00.

Thereupon on contacting the jio they have informed that :-

Now please help me to find out the amount of rs.402
