I am Mrinmay Das Bhaumik, while paying my daughter's electricity bill on 31.03.2017 Consumer id[protected] name: Sanjukta Das Bhowmick through net banking, my account no [protected] was debited for RS 2449.60 with reference no ISBI[protected]IGABBBJIM4 but the bill amount is till showing unpaid, please take up the matter with WBSEDCL else arrange to refund my money at your earliest so that I can make payment on time to avoid any harassment from the service providor
