Complaint regarding my land line bill payment my land line no is [protected]. transaction has not been successful but bill amt deducted from my bank account twice on 13 feb 2016. if the amount is debited it should be refund with in 7 working days till date amount has not been credited in my account

i have lodged a complaint on 05 mar 2016 regarding land line bill payment Rs 737/- +737/- on 13 Feb 2016. till date the amount has not been credited in my account and the Client service no at hyderabad Tel: 42005000 has not been responded. when was the excess amount debited from my account should be refund. rectify the same and credited the above said amount to my account
