Billdesk — not refunded to my account

Dear sir/mam,

I have done a payment to kmci for the outstanding property tax through billdesk payment gateway on the date 03/06/2019 at 3:10 pm, the amount of rs25451.90/- was deducted from my saving bank account (No. [protected], icici bank), but the payment neither received by kmc nor refunded to my account till date, so kindly look into the matter and refund this amount in my saving bank account as early as possible.
