Billdesk — Payment accidentally done twice. Need refund of the first transaction

I had initially submitted the payment by scanning which was quite evident in my bank account details but unfortunately the processing in the form wasn't successful. My bank account has now deducted 750/- twice from my account. I would therefore like to request a refund of the initial transaction as quickly as possible
