Billdesk — payment deducted by bank but not paid to the party

I have made payment of Rs.346 to Charotar Gas Sahakari Mandli on 11th July using net banking of Statebank of India and also payment of Rs.356 to same party through same bank using Bill-desk on 19th July. The payment has been deducted from my bank account but not paid to the party.

Please refund both these amounts.
