Billdesk — payment done through bhim app amount debited but not credited to lic

I have made the payment through bhim app amount 428/- on 24th july 2020 till it is not credited to lic, amount has been debited transaction is successful but i have not received any confirmation mail and lic portal still it is showing as pending for payment
