Billdesk — payment error on ksrtc app in bill desk

I have booked tickets from trichy to bangalore today 6-oct-2019. My transaction competed in through phonepe to bill desk but while completed transaction in bill desk it is showing error.

I have made electricity bill payment of Rs. 994/- on 21 Sept '19 through G Pay...but bill is still pending for confirmation. Money has been deducted from bank account.
