Sir,
I processed to recharge my bsnl mobile for rs.444/- via billdesk from sbi internet banking on 10th july 2017. The amount was deducted but the transaction was not successful. I sent a mail to both billdesk and bsnl but there was no reply for more than 24 hrs from either of them.

Even after sending them mail repeatedly there was no response. But once I registered my complaint here, I received a mail stating that the transaction details are checked and the refund is initiated.
