Billdesk — Payment failed but amount deducted while doing DOST online Self- Reporting.

On 24th October 2020 i was doing Online self reporting on DOST website https://dost.cgg.gov.in/ I tried to pay amount of Rs 1000/- for confirming seat. I made a payment thru G-Pay UPI by scanning your QR code but payment got failed and amount of rs 1000 got debited from my Bank Account. I Thought i will be getting my money back without any making complaint but there is no word from you people. I tried to call on your costumer support number of Hyderabad[protected] but no one is picking my call.

I am attaching the SS of payment that got deducted and providing my personal mobile number if you want any more information please feel free to call me.

Please look into the matter and refund my money as early as possible as its more than 10 days now.

its been more than 15 days. There's no response from billdesk nor received any money back.

Please look into the matter.
