Billdesk — Payment failed but amount got deducted

This company seems to be a cheating company. It is not small amount but more than 100K INR amount got deducted from my account when I was trying to pay my credit card bill but it is showing that the payment failed.

I work in the area of API integration. Generally, when the API is failed, it should revert the money to my account in maximum 5 to 10 minutes. It is been more than an hour but the money is not credited back to my account.

The worst part is that they don't even have a customer service contact number to speak to.

All you can do is lodge a complaint via web portal which we don't know who and when will they respond to.

These kind of companies to should not be given licensed to run these big transactions.

Very disappointed and worried about myoney that when will I get back.

It is hard earned money. You should not play with our money.

Sorry to say but it is an idiotic application to me.
