Billdesk — Payment getting failed

Address: Raj Ratna Park CHS Building No8/206 Brahmand Thane(W) 400607

Today I wanted to do payment to Thane Municipal Corporation for water tax through bill desk wide Connection No: 11011765/00018. But payment could not be processed by Bill Desk for the reason best known to them. Payment amount was Rs. 5040/- though Axis Bank (message says payment exceed the limit) This issue required to be solved
