[Resolved]  Billdesk — payment not confirmed by billdesk

Sir,
I have paid electriicity bill (Apspdcl) rs.287.70/- for service no:[protected]
Amount debited from my sbi account (Transaction number: ju[protected]) but i have not received any conformation from apspdcl

Please confirm whether payment is made or not.
If payment is not made i request for full refund from billdesk.
Kind give the status report.

i sent an email to [email protected] on 02/10/2017 describing problem to them and the next day they credited my bank account with failed transaction amount. i also sent an email to [email protected]. now i am happy that my problem got resolved with in one day
