Billdesk — Payment not credited to credit card company

MY PAYMENT TO CREDIT CARD COMPANY GOT REVERSED BY BILLDESK WITHOUT GIVING ANY REASONS. MY PAYMENT GOT CREDITED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT.
THIS HAPPENED TWICE IN TWO DAYS.
